This Privacy Policy describes how ORDEX SYSTEMS, LLC (“ORDEX”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use APRA (the “Service”).

  • Account information: name, email, organization, title, account status, and billing-related identifiers.
  • Customer Data: project tasks, estimates, dependencies, schedules, resources, cost assumptions, and related metadata you submit.
  • Usage data: logs, device/browser info, IP address, timestamps, feature usage, security events, and audit records.
  • Legal acceptance records: timestamps, document versions, IP address, and browser information showing acceptance of Terms, Privacy Policy, and predictive analytics disclaimer.
  • Payment information: payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. ORDEX SYSTEMS does not store full payment card numbers.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Service (including generating risk analyses and reports).
  • Secure the Service (monitoring, rate limiting, abuse prevention).
  • Improve reliability and performance (debugging, analytics).
  • Support and communications (respond to tickets, service updates).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate APRA, including hosting, monitoring, email delivery, authentication, analytics, support, and payment processing providers such as Stripe; when required for legal/compliance purposes; and in connection with business transfers.

APRA may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and operational analytics. Disabling required cookies may prevent parts of the Service from functioning.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual obligations, comply with law, maintain security, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes. Legal acceptance and audit records may be retained for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.

You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to identity verification and legal, contractual, security, or operational retention requirements.
